How is this different from the 8-K digest on ticker pages?

The per-ticker digest is a rolling, ephemeral snapshot of one ticker's recent 8-Ks with no history. This feed reads the durable filing-events store across the whole tracked universe so you can page back through real dated history, optionally filtered by event type.

How often is the feed updated?

New 8-K filings are ingested on a scheduled cadence; the first page of results is refreshed frequently, older pages are stable history.
